Overview: Featherton Rise Estate is a new estate located 45mins out of Melbourne CBD, with a total of 261 Lots. Construction started in June 2017 and has continued through the 5 stages. The works include Lots varying in sizes up to 531m2 and also include a wetland in Stage 6. Completion of the estate is scheduled for 2020.

820 BRIDGE INN ROAD STAGES A-D

Overview: 820 Bridge Inn Rd is a multi-stage estate located in Doreen, and with this Stages A-B consisted of a 79 Lot sub division and C-D a total of 65 Lots. The works included all infrastructure to a new estate, and involved an upgrade to the slip lane along Bridge Inn Rd and the supply of electricity form the north side of Bridge Inn Rd.
